
Returns
1. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods.
2. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
3. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.
4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Hygiene and health products with opened packaging (e.g. skincare, makeup)
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Perishable goods
5. Return process
Please fill in the form including your order/invoice number, products, and name.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
How to return?
Returns with SmartPosti
SmartPosti parcel locker
Returning your parcel via a SmartPosti locker is just as easy as receiving it.
1. Use the same door code you used when collecting your order.
2. You can return your parcel at any SmartPosti parcel locker of your choice. Simply enter the code and place the parcel inside.
3. If your parcel was delivered to a locker with a touchscreen:
- You can return it using the same code at any touchscreen locker across Estonia.
- Alternatively, you can initiate the return online via my.smartposti.ee, using the parcelās tracking number.
4. If your parcel was delivered to a keypad-only locker or parcel point:
- The return must be initiated in the SmartPosti self-service portal: my.smartposti.ee/return_parcel
- There you can choose to return the parcel via either a keypad or touchscreen locker.
- Once completed, youāll receive a door code to drop off your return.
SmartPosti Courier
If your order was delivered by SmartPosti courier, the return will also be handled via courier.
To arrange the return, please contact SmartPosti customer service directly to agree on a suitable time and location for pickup.
Returns with DPD
Need to return your order? Hereās how.
Once your order has been delivered, youāll receive an SMS and email with the details for an easy return ā just in case the item isnāt quite right.
To send it back, simply take your parcel to any DPD locker and enter the PIN code from the message. The locker will print a return label for you to attach to the package. Then, place it back in the locker ā and you're done.
For Finnish customers
If you wish to return your order, simply let us know. Weāll send you a digital return label that you can print and attach to your parcel. Then, drop off the package at your nearest post office ā and weāll take care of the rest.
